Wikipedia Widget 0.8.7 is a widget finding out articles and view from the Dashboard, complete with pictures and links. It is a freeware. Now scroll-wheel and keyboard scrolling compatible.

Wikipedia pulls up entire wikipedia articles, complete with pictures, for viewing from the Dashboard. Wikipedia is compatible with any language wikipedia, just enter the 2 letter code on the back. Defaults to English. Click the wikipedia.org button to the right of the search field to open the current article or search term in Safari. The little ? button to the right of the search field will pull a random article into the widget (Special: Randompage query).

- Automatic bond determination algorithm now runs up to 3 times faster on single processor systems, and uses multiple processors for improved performance on multicore processors and multiprocessor workstations.
- Drastically improved multi-thousand-file structure loading performance when display update is disabled. This benefits batch mode VMD analysis jobs involving analysis of thousands of structures, e.g. loading and searching large subsets of the PDB.
