TEXT2HTML is a quick and dirty hack for Mac OS X (should run on OS 9, too, untested though), it converts Text to HTML-Code.
Useful in order to hide text on webpages (e.g. email addresses) from prying eyes.
Think of "&" coded as "&" or "Hi!" coded as "Hi!". Almost everything can be coded like that.
