Export Contacts to HTML exports names and email addresses of all contacts in your Entourage Address Book into an HTML-formatted file ("mailto" links).

This file is formatted so that, in OS X, users of the utility "LaunchBar" can drag the file into its configuration window and scan it to enable instant access to sending a message to any contact, from anywhere on the system.

Tested to extract contact info from Entourage 2001 - should also work with Entourage v. X.

If you run the Merge Contact with vCard script with an email message which contains a .vcf (vCard) attachment selected in a mail folder, and you already have the sender in your Address Book, you can choose to merge the vCard with the existing contact, giving either one priority (as well as "back out" options to have either version override, add both and/or open them up to compare).

Entourage facilitates exporting and importing individual contacts as vCards, which can be imported into email clients on Windows computers, but not several contacts at once.

Export Contacts E-Win (Entourage) takes a first step, by enabling you to export and import multiple contacts, groups or even your entire Address Book, to and from Outlook Express 5.5 on Windows.

Entourage facilitates exporting and importing entire Address Books or individual contacts as vCards, but not several contacts at once.

Export Contacts (Entourage) is an AppleScript that enables you to export multiple contacts, or even entire groups, easily, either to another Entourage user (via email or Zip or floppy disks) or simply from one of your Identities to another. It can include Categories in the export.

Select Contacts (Entourage) is a small AppleScript for Microsoft Entourage which provides you with an easy method to select several contacts in the Address Book.

As such, it’s the simplest way to prepare to use any of the four Print scripts in Office for Office, when you don’t need to do any sorting, or Address Word Letter for multiple contacts.

The little QuickSearch box is no good for this since it will only find one contact or a few with similar names, not all those which you need to select together. If you just want to select a number of contacts for addressing envelopes, for example, and you have a large Address Book so that scrolling to find each one is tedious, just use this script instead.

There is no way to directly import contacts from either of these Windows-based email programs. However, you can bring over your data by going through a two step process of exporting the data from the Windows application into a form that Microsoft Entourage can understand, and then importing it into Microsoft Entourage.

Due to the non-standard way in which Outlook saves export files, you will need to run this conversion script on the file to format the data into a form Microsoft Entourage will understand.

With BCC Contacts you can select contacts or groups in your Address Book to enter them as BCC recipients of a new mail message, or a reply, forward or resend.

Works in non-English-language systems, and from the Address Book either in its own window or displayed in the main Outlook Express window.

If you include a contact [or a group] with no email address, instead of failing to enter any BCC contacts as before, all valid email contacts are entered and you are alerted to the ones omitted.
