Backgammon offers you a simple game of Backgammon.

Backgammon for the iPhone is a native version of the well-known game that you can easily play on Apple iPhone and iPod Touch.
Main features:
- 3 levels of play: You can select the level for comfortable playing vs. iPhone(iPod Touch)
- Play vs. iPhone (iPod Touch): The game includes 3 levels of play. In the free mode only level 1 (beginner) is available.
- Play vs. Human: Use your device as a small backgammon board and play with friends. In this mode controls and texts for the second player are rotated by 180 degrees.
- Portrait and Landscape board view: Select preferable orientation of the game board.
- Undo movements: Cancel made movements and play again.
- Play match: Score is accumulated until the match length is reached.
Advanced features : These great features are available only for donating users.

- One-tap movement: Tap the checker and it will be moved according the rolled dice.
- Auto Save game on exit: The application automatically saves current match on exit. On the next startup you can select either to load the saved match or start a new one.
- Dynamic touch area adjustment technology: Implementation of this great feature allows much easier way for selecting the checker and the target position. How does it work?
- Without this technology the tapping area for selecting checker is quite narrow and requires very accurate touching.
- In most cases checkers have free position (without checkers of the same color ) in one or both sides. In this situation the touch area for a given checker is expanded to the free side and becomes wider. On positions next to borders there are always free spaces.
- The similar technique is used for defining touch area of the target positions.
- Currently this feature is realized only in Landscape view. In vs.Human mode this feature is available for all users. Please test it and feel the difference!
- Highlight target positions
- After selecting checker for the movement, the game shows possible target positions according to the rolled dice. The targets are highlighted using green color. In vs.Human mode this feature is available for all users.
- Autoroll. Turning on this feature allows the game to roll dice automatically without waiting you to tap Roll button.

Enhancements:
- Bug Fix: If you were invited to a 1 point match, the Accept button was not enabled.
- Bug Fix: If you were invited by a player more than once (for the same length match), the win/loss numbers werent updating correctly.
- Bug Fix: When you Resign a match, the Resign sheet allows you to select Single/Gammon/Backgammon/Other. If you choose Other, clicking the Up/Down arrow control could yield unexpected results.
- Bug Fix: The From column in the Gridmail Inbox would initially show your name, rather than the name of the sender. You could select a different mailbox and then reselect the Inbox to see the sender names. Now it shows the "To" name correctly when first opened.
- Bug Fix: If you disconnected and reconnected to GamesGrid, the Messages window didnt refresh properly and would not show any mailboxes or messages.
- Bug Fix: If you select a different mailbox in the Messages window, the new mailbox listing should have no message selected.
