MacDim is a little, but beautiful screensaver for Macintosh that takes almost no memory.
With MacDim screens that havent been used for a while can be dimmed, monitors that support power saving can also be turned off.
To dim up the screen(s), just move the mouse or press a key. MacDim doesnt do any annoying sounds when undimming from power saving mode.
Enhancements:
- Finally fixed and tested backlight on Powerbooks
- Opens the right folder in the module selection dialog
- Now checks the small launch checkbox when a module is added.

baseLib provides a range of basic services to scripts. It contains about 30 handlers, many of them optimised versions of whats on the FooDoo Lounge. Should work under any version of AS from 1.1 up to the present.

The file is run-only but the docs are pretty comprehensive, so it should be easy enough to use. This version has been tweaked for OS X, but should still run fine under System 7.1 or anything in between.

The package includes full documentation and copies of my basic tutorials on Using Handlers and Using Libraries.

Loan Calculator 2.2.1 is a program to calculate the periodic loan payment given the loan amount, the interest rate, the length of the loan, and the payment frequency. Alternatively, the program will compute the loan amount, the interest rate, or the length of the loan given the other loan variables. The latter computations can be helpful in determining just how much, or under what loan terms you can afford to borrow.

Loan Calculator can also display a complete payment schedule that shows how much of each payment goes to interest and how much goes to principal. Cumulative amounts are also displayed in the schedule along with the running loan balance. The payment schedule as well as the summary loan calculation can be printed or saved to a text file for later examination and analysis, including direct import into spreadsheet applications such as Excel.
