- Automatic records every items it downloads, and you can easily check the history to see what, when and from where. That way, you won't be wondering where that file in the downloads folder came from, and can easily tweak the filters to pass it over next time.

- Nobody likes a hog, so Automatic has been designed to be extremely lightweight and easy on the resources. It doesn't even run all the time: instead, it launches only when it's time to check for new content, and even then stays alive for a very brief time. Of course, you'll never notice it!
