AppleScript Output (ASO) is an application which provides a global floating window (thats a window which floats over all applications), to which you can send output from your AppleScripts.

It receives AppleScript commands (it has its own AppleScript dictionary which you can view with your favorite script editor) and displays text in its window. It can display multiple lines of text with a scrolling display, and it can save the text to a file. It can stamp the saved files with the current date and time, if you choose.
It can also play an alert sound, if you want audible feedback when new text is displayed.

AppleScript Hangman is as the name says an AppleScript hangman game.

It has now been updated to work on everything from OS 8.6 to 9.x. You can create your own dictionaries (just look at the file "hangwords" in the StrangeWare folder). Great for classroom work! The large dictionary included will keep you playing for hours.

AST stands for AppleScript Terminal. On double-click, this applet by danB presents the user with a shell to issue AppleScript commands to other applications.

The script is open source and demonstrates one way to utilize the "run script" command.

AppleScript Bootlogger is a small extension, written completely in AppleScript, simply works in the background to collect some information about your system while booting the Mac OS.

It then writes this into a text file named "bootlog.txt" that is placed into your system folder. This way, you may be able to recognize the use or abuse of your Mac when you are absent.

AppleScript Event Finder finds the names and descriptions of lost AppleEvents which turn up in your old and forgotten scripts.

This main script in thWannaBe AppleScript Utils package (Sherlock Plug-In Converter) scans a folder and its subfolders for Sherlock plug-ins and changes their creator and file types to those of the text based web browser "WannaBe".

If the plug-ins name ends with ".src" this suffix will be stripped. If the file name begins with a lower case letter this letter will be made uppercase.

This package also contains two extra scripts which perform these functions individually.
