BetterSound is an audio preference panel, offering some extra features in sound control management. It allows you to see all audio input and output controls at a glance in one panel.
Main features:
- Default Input - The default audio input device.
- Input Device - The current audio input device which you want to change the controls.

- Input gain control - The stereo input gain control for the current audio input device.

Pinki is a menu bar item that creates permanent Mac OS X icon thumbnails for image files based on their image content.
For example, if you download the images "34-234.jpg", "563-641.jpg", and "moose.png" using your web browser, and the file icons are generic "JPEG" and "PNG" icons, you have three choices if you wish them to have custom thumbnail icons:
1) Open each image in Preview, use the File->Copy menu, close the image, Get Info on the file in the Finder, highlight its icon in the info box, and use the File->Paste menu.
2) Navigate in a Finder window to the folder where the image file is located, select the View -> View Options menu, then click the box labled Show Icon Preview. (The downfall to this is that each time you open the folder your computer will have to re-read the files and assign custom icons to them, which can take a lot of processor power and memory, and can even slow new computers down quite a bit. In addition, when you use the "Show Icon Preview" option the custom thumbnail icon data isnt actually saved inside of the image file itself - if you move the file to a different folder or copy it to a different computer the custom thumbnail will disappear.
3) Simply select (highlight) the three files all at once in the Finder and select "Create Thumbnail(s)" from the Pinki menu item (or to make it even simpler, just hit Command-Shift-T all at once on your keyboard after selecting the files).
Pinki can also remove custom thumbnails (restoring icons to their generic state) as well as save thumbnails as separate .icns files. Pinki supports all major image formats including jpeg, png, tiff, gif, psd, pdf and bmp.

PPFMaster 1.1.1 is a highly-efficient, high-qualityApplescript GUI wrapper around Paradogs' ApplyPPF and MakePPF3 binaries. It is originally designed for the Halo modding scene. Their tool, PPF-O-Matic, doesn't work for Mac OS X 10.3 Panther, so ScotiaSoft Systems developed a simple tool to create and apply PPF patches.

The PPF system, or PlayStation Patch File system, is a cross-platform system for patching files. One downloads a (usually small) patch file, and then uses PPFMaster to apply that patch upon his or her files. The PPF system has support for undoing patches (if the patch creator so chooses) as well as verification (so one does not apply a patch to the wrong file).

txtkit is an Open Source visual text mining tool for exploring large amounts of multilingual texts. Its a multiuser-application which mainly focuses on the process of reading and reasoning as a series of decisions and events.

mURLin is a small AppleScript that combines several bookmarks into one bookmark.

When you double click a mURLin bookmark, it opens the URLs it contains in your web browser, each one in its own window.

"mURLin IE" which is for creating bookmarks for use with Internet Explorer and
"mURLin NC" which is used for creating bookmarks for use with Netscape Communicator.
