Really Simple Text is an extremely light weight text editor that edits very very simple text documents.
It doesnt handle or force you to handle .rtf files that Apples TextEdit uses.
Now you can edit and work with PC .txt or the orignal simple text documents without having to resave them as .rtf.

Replace Text is a small AppleScript which adds the ability to replace strings of text in single messages in Microsoft Entourage.

Simply put the script into your Entourage Script Menu Items folder in the Microsoft User Data folder in your Documents folder. It will then be accessible from the Script Menu in Entourage.

New Text File is an AppleScript that can be added to the Finder toolbar to easily create a new text file in the front Finder window.

This application will create names such as "untitled", "untitled 2", "untitled 3", etc.

HTMLize Selected Text (formerly known as MarkSmarty) is a free AppleScript that will allow you to easily apply the Markdown and SmartyPants filters to any selected text in the frontmost window and convert non-standard characters to named or numeric HTML entities.
HTMLize Selected Text will also optionally apply the SmartyPants and Markdown filters before replacing the originally selected text with the processed version.
HTMLize Selected Text works best when associating it with hotkey using a utility like Butler, as it requires the user to manually select their frontmost application when invoked from the Scripts menu.

Quick Save as Text is yet another Entourage script to save messages as text files! I dont know how I got so many of these things.
