JournaledFile is a library that supports journaled transactional files.
JournaledFile allows writes to be done to a file without risking file corruption in the event that the process or OS crashes or the power goes out.
Main features:
- for each write, it logs the file position, length of write and the data to a log file (file.log)
- when JFile_sync() is called:
- it sets the log header status to "committed"
- the log writes are performed on output file
- the log file is truncated and its status set to "uncommitted"
- when JFile is opened, if it finds a log file then:
- if the log status is "committed":
- it assumes the log did not complete its write so it
- writes the log to the file again and removes the log and lock
- if the log status is "uncommitted":
- it assumes the log is not complete and removes it.

mysql-log-filter is a free and easy to use command line Python based program that helps you filter the MySQL Slow Query Log to show queries which impacted performance most and is intended to be used by DB admins and application developers.
The log file is analyzed and processed as a stream, line after line, so there is no need to load the whole log file into memory.

anything with /winnt/ or /system32/ or .exe

Mac2Mac Client/Server is an Open Source application that allows you to control a remote mac over TCP/IP.
Mac2Mac is made of two applications: a server which must be installed on the machine you want to control, and the client which you will use to control the remote Mac.
This is a pre-release version of Mac2Mac, and contains bugs and unimplemented features. If you use Mac2MacFor secure purposes, you should use it on machines which use dinamic IPs. Note that Mac2Mac will be not developed further.
