MI-FX alpha 2 is a feature-rich and trustworthy editor tool which is designed specially for graphics programmers.

MI-FX uses NVIDIA's CgFX shader effect framework to help you design vertex and pixel shaders with the high-level GPU programming language Cg, which is similar to HLSL. MI-FX is open source and currently provided as a source code package only. You need to compile the Xcode project to run the application.

prodatum is a simple yet powerful free cross-platform preset editor, aka SysEx-editor, for the E-MU Proteus 2000 synthesizer family.
Written in C++, using portmidi for MIDI communications and FLTK for its user-interface, prodatum is available for Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows.
prodatum features some "hand-made" and optimized widgets like a Virtual Keyboard with range-sliders, an Envelope Editor with drag-zoom and a Master Monitor with control guarantee.

Main features:
- Intuitive editing by putting parameters into context where possible. For example: to set the transpose value for a layer you just middle-click the key on the virtual keyboard that should play middle-C.

This product is based on the GPL-released Quake 2 source. The game aims to be a complete standalone replacement for Quake 2. Gameplay, sounds and graphics are all new.

Please note that this is an early "alpha" release of 3DSeigmenn XP 2003. It should be quite playable, although it is missing important features and is somewhat buggy.
