- Position title directly on frame with mouse.
- Preview title in NTSC DV size.
- Live preview (including fade-in and out).
- Any text color.
- Any shadow color.
- Switch shadow on/off.
- Graphically set font size (not via a stupid slider) on-screen.
- Fade-in.
- Fade-out.
- Fades can be limited to half/time only.
- Force mono-space for all fonts.

BCE is a little app that I wrote in my spare time when I first got a barcode reader. Its designed to help with looking up informaton on books and other items with barcodes.
BCE supports the UPC-a, ISBN and Borders BINC barcode formats.
Scanning a barcode with an ASCII barcode scanner, or inputing the code data manually, brings up a little window with all the information obtainable from the barcode, and options for places online to look up information. BINC codes also present which store it was purchased from.
