ADC Desktop 2011 offers you an outstanding and powerful application which is an easy way to track bugs and aggregate components on your desktop. ADC Desktop is an easy-to-use and free Adobe AIR application that delivers a number of helpful resources for developers.
You can easily track and receive desktop notifications to changes in bugs you are tracking from the public Adobe bugbase. Additionally, you can explore and track aggregated Flex components on your desktop, or you can use the integrated RSS reader to view news and feeds, and get updates as they happen. Finally, you can locate Adobe user groups and current events via the user group and events map. The application is also customizable, so if you don't want see or use one of the modules, you can simply turn that module off.

- Component Explorer - This module aggregates components for Flex that support an appcasting RSS feed.
- RSS Reader - This RSS reader comes with a number of default feeds to help you surface information about developing with Adobe technologies. You can add or remove any feeds you want to.
- Adobe User Groups & Events - This module is a handy mashup that allows you to locate Adobe user groups and upcoming events.

Now that modern ADC chips nearly all have a more "analog" hard clip response, this plug-in allows access to an older, but tasty flavor of distortion.
Side-feature: The "Swap" switch treats the input as 16-bit data and swaps each byte, which might be useful if you somehow have a bitstream or sound file in little-endian order (Intel, and others) and need it translated to big-endian order (Motorola, IBM, etc.). When "on," the other parameters are ignored.
