Expat is a non-validating XML parser written by James Clark and released under an Open Source license. This implies I only compiled it and built this installer package, but I did not not develop the software.
Most users wont ever use expat directly (although the included xmlwf application can be handy to check the wellformedness of an XML document, if xmllint is not available), but it is a prerequisite for some other software, for instance some XML-related Perl modules or the Sablotron XSL-T processor.
This installer will install expat compiled from the original, unmodified sources.

Pdftotext is a shell program for converting PDF (Portable Document Format / Adobe Acrobat) documents into plain text. It is Open Source Software written by Glyph & Cog, LLC; this implies I only compiled it and built this installer package, but Im not the author of this software.
This installer will install nothing but a pdftotext binary and its manpage, compiled from the unmodified sources. Originally, pdftotext is part of the Xpdf software, which is a viewer for PDF documents. As I only needed the converter and not the viewer itself, this package does not contain anything except pdftotext. (Besides the fact that a full Xpdf installation requires the X window system.)

I buy 10 different products and all of them have rebates. Each of the rebate is sent to different address and take different time to receive the rebates, some are 6 weeks, some 8 and so on. So there is no easy way to track of them or when you are suppose to call up the rebate center if you do not receive the rebate by then.
This app will allow you to enter all the relevant rebate information, the date mailed etc.
This will then arrange the rebates according to Overdue, Pending and completed rebates. You start up the app and it will tell you which one is overdue and so on. It has a feature to export the expected dates of when you are supposed to receive the rebate into iCal.
Enhancements:
- Fixes an issue where the Copy Address will not work with the tab at launch.

admaDIC created a small package splmount which easily allows to mount additional volumes in a fli4l router.
The package splmount includes an option to automatically install the ext2 kernel module. The standard configuration of fli4l v3.x only includes the ext3 module. It should be possible to mount ext2 volumes, but we encountered several configurations which did not work properly. In these situations the option to load the ext2 module may be activated and it should be possible to mount the ext2 volumes.
The package should be extracted into the directory which contains the fli4l files. The kernel module ext2.o is included in the package splmount. Originally it is stored in the package kernel-modules-extra.tar.gz, but was included in splmount to save the additional work of extracting it from kernel-modules-extra.tar.gz.

You dont have to launch the application and then navigate through the open dialog. Just control-click on a document and choose from the applications on your disks that can open it in the pop up list.
Only applications that can open all the documents in the selection appear in the popup menu, so it doesnt take long to find the application that you want.
