iat 0.1.3 is a rather praiseworthy program that converts BIN, MDF, PDI, CDI, NRG & B5I images to ISO-9660.
This is a Mac port of Salvatore Santagati's iat; a neat little app that converts many different types of disk images into iat. This fills a void for Mac users as Windows has many proprietary apps that create ISO images however don't use the ISO-9660 standard, so Mac users (and Windows users without the appropriate apps) can't mount them.
