You can use the Torque Skeleton joint locations to create an identical skeleton in either Max or Maya, animate a new sequence, export to dsq, and end up with an animation guaranteed to work with the soldier. The mesh is provided in .OBJ and .FBX formats so you can import into your favorite 3D application and modify/export as needed.
