Once the links have been set from the document to the database, the prices, texts or pictures in the document which are linked to the database can be updated at any time. During the update, the database is queried via the links in the document and the latest information saved in the database.
Prices, texts or pictures are inserted in the corresponding points of the document. The update can cover the whole document, when all links are updated all at once.
