Zebra Audio Unit 2.3 offers an easy-to-use, powerful and perfect editor tool. Zebra is a next-generation virtual synthesizer plug-in. It combines subtractive and additive synthesis with a powerful modulation engine that even smoothly integrates with the built-in effects section.

OttoVibe Audio Unit 1.1 offers you a fun auto/touch effect which comes with easy MIDI control. OttoVibe works much like an envelope-controlled filter, except that instead of a filter, it has a modulation section. The envelope controls the rate and depth of the modulation effect. OttoVibe includes a variety of effects including tremolo, vibrato, panning, and chorus. Altogether, OttoVibe has eight different types of effects.

The thing that makes OttoVibe interesting is that the effects can be dynamically manipulated using "touch" or expression pedal controls, much the same way a touch wah works. Even though OttoVibe tends to be more subtle than its siblings (OttoPhormant and OttoPhilter), it is very expressive.

OttoPhormant Audio Unit 1.1 is an interesting program developed on the base of morphing formant filters. It can be controlled using touch-triggered sweeps or envelope tracking. The filters can also be controlled using MIDI expression control. There are 10 formant or vowel types available. The effect works by selecting three vowel sounds - start, middle, and end. The effect works by morphing from one vowel to the next. There are 10 possible vowels that can be used in each of the three locations.

The formants are created by three filters. The filters can be either bandpass or a combination of two bandpass and one lowpass. The bandpass settings are similar to a traditional wah pedal. The filters are a special combination of the multi-stage driven filter. You can choose from 1, 2, 3, and 4 stage filters. You also have control of the resonance and drive for the filters. There's a lot of control for setting up just how you want this effect to talk to you. And talk it does!

M3 Audio Unit 1.2 is regarded as a highly-efficient, high-quality distortion effect with two wave shapers, two parametric EQs, a delay and an envelope/MIDI controlled formant wah section.

F8-V2 works by copying the audio input into 8 independent streams. Each LFO and sequence pattern can be set independently. The filters can be set as highpass, bandpass or lowpass. Each stream may have an amplitude pattern set independently, as well. You can draw any sequence pattern you want, with an easy-to-use editing interface using Bezier curves. Custom design any amplitude envelope of any shape.

After processing, the streams are then remixed together. This 8 X 8 array gives an unlimited number of options and sounds, ranging from subtle and rich tremolos and wah-like sounds to over-the-top, novel effects. F8-V2 can be used as a mono or stereo effect.

F8-V2 comes with over 200 presets designed for different instruments, although the various categories are interesting and fun to apply to any sound. This is a versatile and expressive effect with a wide range of uses.

F8-V2 comes bundled with Res8 and Mod8 - The Collective 8 Audio Units. Res8 and Mod 8 AUs are free to registered F8-V2 users. Mod8 and Res8 have similar sequence pattern configurations to F8-V2. But instead of LFO's, Res8 has the choice of a driven, nonlinear, multi-stage filter or formant filters that can be independently applied to each audio stream.

Mod8 has a range of modulation effects like vibrato and ring modulation. It also has echo, reverb, sub-octave, and pitch shifting. The result is up to 8 different effects running all at the same time, each with its own settings and amplitude sequences. This layering gives unlimited options to create incredibly interesting effects, from intricate and wild effects, to rich, textured reverb, echo, chorus-type effects.
