WiimoteCommander 2.0

WiimoteCommander is a tool useful for connecting a wii remote or "wiimote" (with extensions) to a Mac or PC.
You can then see up to 7 wiimotes and extensions in order to manage them (events, rumble, speaker, LEDs, and 3D viewer).

Enhancements
- Adapt to WiiRemoteJ API v1.5
- Separate IR viewer and simulator.
- Add a window to show a complex application cursor (position, rotation and zoom) controlled by IR.
Interface revamping:
- Change default background colors for IR and Sticks.
- Add tool-tips with help content when context is not trivial.
- Add min/max received values (as remaining horizontal lines) on event viewer accelerometers.
- Add lines the represent G accelerations on event viewer accelerometers.
Preferences enhancements:
- Apply preferences dynamically on open windows (when using [Apply] or [Ok] buttons) instead of waiting next startup.
- Choose IR and Stick canvas backgrounds.
- 3D parameters: add ambient light color.
- Choose look&feel and if tooltips must be shown.
- Acceleration event widget parameters (colors, G line on/off, min/max value marks on/off, reset time of min/max value marks).
- Fix: Default preference values are used at program start instead of specific ones.
