urlchange 2.0

urlchange is a program that checks if a list of URLs has changed.
Main features:
- it notifies you either interactively or by email when a changed URL has been detected.
- it is very easy to use. only create a file with all the URLs you wanna
- watch and start urlchange with some useful options...;-D
- it comes with very complete documentation in TeX and HTML format.
- it is written in the Pyton programming
- language and therefore highly customizeable. You can edit it, to fit you needs.
- it is distributed under the GPL.
Enhancements:
- documented the defaults in the parameterinfo (-h option) for the command line parameters -b and -f.
- Also added this to the documentation TeX file.
- -a implies now -e, documented that feature.
- added Examples section to the documentation.
- spelled the documentation.
- recreated the HTML document.
