Enhancements:
- Added version detection for Safari version 3, was being counted as version 2.
- Added platform detection for the iPhone.
- Added US state or Canadian province to the city name in the City report.
- Switched the Macintosh version to XCode. Now requires OS X 10.3.9 or newer.
- Static HTML overviews were showing graphs at the wrong scales, fixed.
- Custom reports (.html files from the Custom folder) now get written as part of static reports.
- In user defined log formats, tran-time-secs wasnt handling multiple digits after the decimal point correctly, fixed.
- GeoIP lookups were completely wrong on Intel based Macs, fixed. There were no problems on other platforms.
