By specifying extensions you an easily download images, movies, mp3s, pdfs and more. Suck It Down also provides preview for downloaded images and QuickTime compatible files, like movies and mp3s.
The first thing you have to understand about Suck It Down is what it does. It was created to do one thing and that is what it does. It gets content that is linked to from the URL you tell it to Suck. It was originally created to download images that were linked to off a web page. Since then it has expanded to get any content that is linked off the page, based on the target files extension.
Things it does not do. It does not download entire websites, recreating all of the files in their exact locations on your drive. It does not download images on the page. If you have a page with images displayed on it, Suck It Down wont download them.
Version restrictions:
- Trial version will stop working after you suck 500 images.
