SilverFast SE is a powerful solution from LaserSoft Imaging which combines the best of both worlds: high-end imaging technology for most desktop scanners for a very low cost.
Images will especially benefit from SilverFasts intelligent auto-adjust and LAB-based unsharp-masking, which does not sharpen the color noise of single channels, hence avoiding the extra noise.
SilverFast SEs ScanPilot guides the novice user through the optimum steps for brilliant images. SilverFast can also be upgraded to SilverFast Ai Standard with SilverFast IT8-Calibration and JobManagement. This allows batch correction and processing on the fly.
SilverFast SE Plus is specially designed for those who want to enter the world of digital image processing. Images will be mainly benefit from SilverFasts intelligent automatic functions which help to make the process of adjusting much easier.
A new dimension securing the correct workflow with the ScanPilot with the predictable color from the SilverFast SE preview gives imaging and color reproduction.
SilverFast SE Plus can be used as a Stand-alone Application or as a Plug-in for Photoshop. Integrated QuickTime movie tutorials (in each dialog) will help to quickly understand and benefit from each function.
