SilverFast DCPro STUDIO is a high-end Digital Camera Software, that has been designed specially for the needs of photographers.
It combines the unlimited functionality of SilverFastAi with the unique Virtual Light Table. The light table is a workbase that no photographer wants to miss, who likes to organize, manage and resume images in an easy way.
Beside the ingenious magnifying functionality, the user profits also via Presets adjustable Graphical User Interface (GUI), the colour temperature and the Red-Eye-Correction.
SilverFast DCPro supports Raw Data Format of professional Digital Cameras.
The conversion of the raw data format takes place as a time-saving background process and the result is being stored automatically. Hence, the user can re-open already converted files without time loss.
SilverFast DCPro high-end Digital Camera Software addresses the specific needs of the digital photographer. The application combines the award-winning powerful functions of SilverFast with the unique Virtual Light Table. The Virtual Light Table provides the user with the capability to effectively view, organize and manage their digital image files.
The application also provides additional essential image correction tools, such as red-eye removal, color correction, white balance, and exposure adjustment. Advanced SilverFast features, including ACR, USM, GANE, Selective Color Correction, and JobManager, allow the amateur, the prosumer and professional photographer to achieve the desired results from their digital photographic images.
SilverFast DCPro supports the Raw Data Formats for many professional digital cameras from Canon, Minolta, Nikon, Olympus, Kodak, Fuji and Sigma. The conversion of the raw data takes place as a time-saving background process and the results are stored automatically. Hence, the user can re-open converted files without losing time.

Main features:
Viewing:
- File Browser.
- Display of images in directory selected on VLT upper area.
- Move space delimiter (dividing upper and lower area).
- Change size of thumbnail images displayed on VLT from 32x32 up to 128x128 pixels.
- Display of real-time zoom up to 512x512 pixels or full resolution.
- Image Preview Mode in Overview or Album area: 512x512.
- Image Full Screen Preview Mode: Full screen with 1. 512x512 2. Fit to screen 3. Full resolution.
- Show image resolution and file size (above zoom).
- Show EXIF information in info window or in Zoom area.
- Show IPTC information (SF DCPro).
- Resize VLT window.
Organizing:
- Use VLT Presets.
- Search for Images and Comments.
- Show directory (upper area) only.
- Create Overviews and Albums.
- Show Overview or Album only.
- Sort images on VLT.
- Drag images into Album from upper VLT, from Search Window or Finder.
- Drag whole Albums into JobManager.
- Change image file name in work area.
- Change, sort, delete images in work area.
- Make images snap to grid in VLT.
- Put images into different (unlimited number) Albums on VLT.
- Export images from Albums.
- Create checkmark on image.
- Delete or save marked images.
Editing & Processing:
- Open Raw Camera Images on VLT (Drag into Album for backgrund conversion- SF DCPRo).
- Input additional comments into edit fields of image in Album.
- Input, Read or Edit IPTC-Information on VLT (SF DCPRo).
- Rotate or flip images on VLT.
- Drag images or Albums from VLT into JobManager.
- Double-Click images switches into SilverFast for editing (Use all functions of SilverFast to optimize the image here!).
Printing:
- Print contact sheet of directory (upper area).
- Print contact sheet of Album area (lower area).
- Print high resolution images from SilverFast.
Special SilverFast DCVLT and DCProVLT functions:
- Open Raw Camera Images (DCPro).
- Red Eye Removal Tool (SF DC & SF DCPro).
- IT8-Calibration with Bar Code recognized target (SF DC & SF DCPro).
- Input, Read and change IPTC-Information (SF DCPro).

- 256 MB RAM (512-2048 MB recommended)
- 500 MB free on HDD (at least 2 GB recommended)

Version restrictions:
- The demo versions are neither limited in functionality - except for the IT8 calibration - nor in time, however, the final scans include a watermark with our company name inside.
