Set iChat Status is a totally impractical app I wrote, because I had too many status messages saved in iChat, and the scrolling annoyed me.
Its dead simple. Pick a status, enter a message, (or not) and click okay, or hit enter.
Thats it. Its not querying anything, its not talking to any other application.
Its a .sitx file, so if your browser tries to download it as text, let it, save the file as text with a .sitx extension, and open it in Stuffit Expander, and Bobs Your Uncle.
Enhancements:
- Moved back into Xcode
- Universal Binary
- 92K zipped.
