Quick Change is a very simple program designed to do one thing, change a files type & creator. If you dont know what a file type or file creator is, Quick Change is not for you. But for those of us out there that want a fast easy way to change file associations it doesnt get much easier than Quick Change.
Quick Change offers a customizable list of user-defined types & creators and file extensions which allow for quick file association Mac OS X.
Quick Change is drag and drop savvy so editing files is quick and simple.
Main features:
- Quick Change allows for fast and easy file type/creator & extension changing, even for files without a resource fork. Verison 2.5 was re-written in Cocoa and streamlined for ease of use.
- Quick Change allows you to batch process entire folders for quick changing of file attribute information.
- Drag and drop friendly, Quick Change makes it easy to reorder your quicklist, edit files and add files to your quick list. Quick Change is also at home under OS X supporting drawers & long file names.
Enhancements:
- Added the ability to open a file by dropping it onto Quick Changes icon.
- Now using the correct disclosure button style for the toggle drawer button.
