piecrypt 1.2 is yet another excellent utility for everyone. It is actually a free and open source Python script that provides an interface to GnuPG to provide an easy way of maintaining encrypted files.
Enhancements:
- Add ability to create new files with -n.
- Made things in () have a space between brackets and words.
- Change permissions to read and write only for user for newly decrypted files.
- Change permissions to read and write only for user and read only for group for newly encrypted files.
- Updated my key ID in confExample and other places.
- Now write header for all new files in .piecryptrc.
