Password Exporter for Thunderbird 1.2 is a brilliant extension for Thunderbird that enables you to export and import your saved passwords and disabled login hosts from Password Manager. The logins will be exported to an XML (Extensible Markup Language) or CSV (Comma Separated Values) file and can then be imported into another application or computer that has Password Exporter installed.
Password Exporter is available in 20 locales and as of March 2009 has had over 1 million total downloads and has approximately 175,000 active users every day
Enhancements:
- Bugfix only release (no new features)
- Fixes problem with importing/exporting certain characters
- Fixes problem with having both a formSubmitURL and httpRealm
- Renames "encryption" to the more accurate "obfuscation" option
