Omnibar 0.5.8.20090729 is a great utility which integrates Location bar and Search bar into one. Search directly using location bar. Quickly switch engines using search engine keywords. Supports searching multiple search engines for same query using advanced operator.

Major Features:

1. Suggestions are shown for search queries as well as popular urls. For comprehensive url completions use "www." as prefix in queries.
2. Provides more compact styles for autocomplete popup.
3. Search engine keywords can be used with or without "@" operator. For example, if "e1" is a key word "engine1", then one can search Yahoo and engine1 with: @y,e1 [your search query]
4. One can continue to search using search engine keywords.
5. File path completions are shown with simple wildcard support.
6. Also provides different styles (slimmer) for auto-complete popup.

Enhancements: 

• Changes:

  • Search engine icon and name display refined. In some systems, icon used to be stretched vertically. This should be fine now.
