MailForge (formerly Odysseus) 1.0

MailForge is the Eudora style email client that Infinity Data Systems has been developing since late 2007. Eudora has always been a best-of-breed email application for both platforms, Mac OS X and Windows.
Easily one of the oldest email applications, it still offers features either not found in competing applications or, if found, not implemented as elegantly.
Unfortunately, late in 2006, Qualcomm announced that it had ceased development of Eudora and turned further development responsibility over to the Mozilla Foundation, with future versions of Eudora being based on Thunderbird.
Like many Eudora users, we dont believe that modifying Thunderbird to mimic Eudora offers Eudora users the features, functionality, or experience theyve come to love and depend on.
We truly believe that only a program designed from the ground up can adequately succeed the amazing Eudora application.

Enhancements
Improved Mailbox Format (as of Beta 7):
- New format allows for faster operation and smaller mailbox sizes
Checking Email:
- Fixed compatibility issues with Maillennium POP3 servers (AT&T)
Encoding:
- Fixed an issue where International languages did not display properly on both platforms
- Odysseus now encodes outgoing headers to UTF-8 for International compatibility
Importing:
- Faster import of Eudora mailboxes
- Odysseus now does a better job of preserving the encoding of imported messages
Misc:
- Numerous stability improvements
