iMailToGroup is a bulk e-mailer to send out personalized messages to a list of recipients; an invaluable tool for managing mailing list sendouts.
Main features:
- The Compose Message window where you write and setup your bulk mail message.
- Preview window to preview individual messages.
- Report panel to display the status of the send out.
- Address book to setup groups of recipients.
- Import filters: import addresses from Entourage/Outlook Express Contacts Export; Eudora Export; PowerMail Exported AddressBook; Claris Emailer Addresses; simple lists, ASCII text files containing scattered e-mail addresses; and custom-defined from arrays.
- Tools: e-mail address validation, removal of duplicates, boolean subtraction of e-mail addresses contained in file, sorting, find&replace, case change, hard wrap text, and line breaks removal.
- Preferences: e-mail accounts, signature texts, miscellaneous application preference settings.
