Preference backups allow you to store settings elsewhere while you experiment with settings, or even reset an applications preferences if its crashing.
Backup
Defaulter provides effortless import and export functions letting you easily back up your preferences to a single file. The export and import process allows you to quickly and easily select specific appliction preferences to back up or recover. Meanwhile, the single file produced can be copied to any computer with Defaulter installed, allowing you to transfer preferences from computer to computer quickly and easily.
Patching
Defaulters preferences patches allow you to edit preferences and unveil hidden features without getting your hands dirty. Dont want to mess about with your preferences manually? Just let Defaulter deal with it for you. With a massive library of patches, from simple tasks like displaying Safaris Debug menu, to enabling anti-aliasing on fixed width fonts, Defaulter lets you do it all with your hands getting no messier than simply double clicking a file.
