Cookie Monster 0.98.0

In a nutshell, Cookie Monster allows for easier managing of what sites a user allows to set cookies and what sites cannot.
Cookie Monster works best for users who do NOT accept cookies by default, although this is not necessary.
Cookie Monster allows you to manage cookies giving temporary permission.
Note: The Cookie Monster add-on is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.

Main features:
- Temporary Permission for sites to leave cookies (permission removed and cookies deleted for site with temporary permission upon restart of Firefox)
- New option to set general Firefox setting to block all cookies
- Updated menu structure
- Menu options to view cookies for current site or all sites
- A panel indicating the current status of cookies for the current site and domain appears while hovering over the cookie status indicating icon in the status bar

- Added additional filtering to "on location change" event to increase efficiency of page loads.

- Updated German localization.
- Updated French localization.
- Added the Traditional Chinese localization.
- For FF 3.5b4, one rendering issue still remains with the Options dialog window, where the last option is only partially visible, although this option can still be selected (This is only in FF3.1 beta 2 and higher and I hope will be fixed in an updated version).
