CharlieX Screen Ruler is a handy little application that gives you transparent and dragging ruler for your desktop, as well show you mouse arrow coordinates and screen size templates. Useful when you need to measure size or positions of objects on your desktop.

Can be helpful for web and graphic designers, software developers and anyone else who find use for it. It draws transparent pixel-ruler at top and left edge of your desktop. Also, shows you dragging ruler, templates of usual monitor resolutions,mouse coordinates and draws draging screen lines over your desktop.
