Application Switcher Menu 2.2.10

- Fixes dock sub menus on Mac OS X 10.5.7.
- However, I still had to left the feature disabled on machines running 10.4.11.
- Due to the lack of appropriate test hardware, I am unable to trace the crashing problem introduced with some security update unfortunately.
