Address Book Server extends the functionality of Address Book X LDAP. The biggest new feature is bi-directional sync of your entire Address Book or selected groups.

- It uses the an embedded database by default, but can be configured to use others.
- Scheduled synchronisation using launchd.
- Internationalization in French, German, Romanian.
- Recover deleted contacts.
- Administration tools.

Enhancements:
- The previous edition has been replaced with the new enterprise edition.
- Existing users can upgrade for free to the new release.
