MMrng Plugin 1.1

MMrng Plugin is a REALbasic plugin which provides a pseudo-random number generator which can be reseeded.
It is meant for scientific work, generating doubles (>= 0 and <1) rather than integers.
The generated double is random in all its decimal places and so, for all practical purposes, will never repeat. The REALbasic Language Reference says that the Rnd function returns a number with only seven decimal places. I suspect this is not true, but if it were true Rnd could give only 10^7 distinct doubles. Thus if one generated 10^7 doubles with Rnd many would be repeats.
Completly freeware.
Enhancements:
- Reseeds with current time in a better way.
