proofSIGN 1.9.0 is a product developed with useful features. proofSIGN includes setups to verify your proofs to ISO standards for offset litho sheetfed, web and newspaper printing, but you can now generate your own standards from any CMYK ICC profile using either the FOGRA media wedge, or the included proofSIGN chart.

Major Features:

1. When adding a new standard, proofSIGN uses the ICC profile description to name the target. This is now editable.
2. New Windows Installer adds the charts and manual to the Programs menu.
3. Better filename validation for added standards.
4. Small cosmetic changes to the preferences window location, and the add standard window.
5. ISO 12647-7 compliance check. This includes a â??H test for the CMYK primaries, and grey balance
6. New ISO 12647-7 default tolerances.
7. New proofSIGN chart that is complient with ISO 12647-7. This is available as a PDF, EPS & TIF
8. The Date / Time information is configurable. The options are Date & time (default), Date only, and none. This affects PDFs, and labels
9. Mac Universal Binary
10. PDF is colour coded. Failed checks appear in Red
11. PDF has ISO 12647-7 information for each colour proofSIGN verifies your printed proofs to any standard.
