OnTour 0.1 description

OnTour 0.1 is created to be a useful browser which provides a site-specific menu, which contains links relative to the currently visited site.

The site-specific menu gets filled by links provided by users of OnTour. A simple 'add new command' button allows to easily posts a new link to be included.
