ClipGrab description
ClipGrab is considered as a useful tool for downloading and converting online videos. It currently supports YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, CollegeHumor, MyVideo, Sevenload, Clipfish, MySpass and Tudou. Many other sites are supported via the heuristics filter (e.g. several adult sites, gloria.tv and many many generic sites). ClipGrab can convert the downloaded videos to MPEG4, WMV, OGG Theora, MP3 and OGG Vorbis - or simply store the videos in their original format. ClipGrab can download videos in HD from sites where this quality standard is available. On PPCs, ClipGrab only supports downloading and not converting videos.
Major features:
- Downloading a video with ClipGrab is pretty easy. Here it's demonstrated with a YouTube video:
- Copy the link from your browser's address bar.
- Then paste the link into one of ClipGrab's input fields (right click->Paste | [Ctrl]+[V]).
- Choose your target format and click "Grab this clip!"
