AOL Assistant 1.0

AOL Assistant 1.0 is a simple to use, yet sophisticated utility which eliminates problems when printing from the AOL web browser, such as getting blank pages or having the text on the right edge of a page cut off.

Major Features:

1. AOL Assistant allows users to save or print information that the AOL software can't print.
   
2. AOL Assistant allows users to immediately save or print the contents of AOL pages without first having to go to a special, printable page.
3. AOL Assistant allows users to "grab" whatever snippet(s) of information they want from within a page or across multiple pages/Channels/web sites and save or print just this information rather than have to save or print the entire page(s).
4. AOL Assistant even allows users (on the fly) to group non-contiguous selections from within a document/web page or across multiple sources/web pages (great when doing any kind of research ó whether at home, school, or work).
5. AOL Assistant allows users to use a built-in Find feature to quickly locate any of the data they have saved.
6. AOL Assistant allows users (on the fly) to annotate the data they are saving and/or printing. This allows users to leave themselves notes about anything related to this information adjacent to the material to which it applies (No more asking themselves "Why did I save this info?" or "Why did I print this info?").
7. AOL Assistant allows users (on the fly) to time and date stamp the data they are saving and/or printing (useful when gathering time-sensitive or date-sensitive material and great for quickly and easily determining which is the most current version when acquiring multiple versions of data).
8. AOL Assistant allows users (on the fly) to index the data they are saving and/or printing (this feature can be used with AOL Assistant's Find feature to facilitate quickly locating/organizing the information they have saved).
9. AOL Assistant allows users to save information to two special files in a text format so it can be viewed, printed, or edited from any text editor or word processor.
