Very fast and precise 3D push-pull modeling of any organic shapes. Any 3D shape can be unfolded using dynamic links to the unfolded / unwrapped equivalent. Any changes in 3D can instantly be seen in the Unfold view, making it possible to fabricate just about any shape. The unfolding features also include an unique super high resolution image mapping onto 3D shapes and unfolding of them into fully nested, in scale, and ready to print unfolded images, and in resolutions up to 200 million pixels for very large objects. TouchCAD can be used for a wide range of uses, such as boat design with a full set of marine design tools, industrial and architectural design, tents, blimps, awnings, sails, exhibition stands, sheet metal object, art and sculpture, etc.
