Random line are a set of transitions for iMovie that let you fade one clip into the other -- line by line. The lines are chosen randomly.
The provided fade-in and fade-out let you fade a clip to any color using the same random line effect. Lines may be either vertically or horizontally, and you can choose their thickness.
Included transitions:
- crossfade: fade from one clip to the other.
- fade in: fade from a color you choose to the clip
- fade out: fade clip to any color you choose
