Pencil 0.4.2b description
Pencil is a simple animation planning program for OS X 10.4.
It should help character animators quickly plan out a shot and allow easy timing adjustments.

Main features:
- Timeline (create,move and delete keys, edit timeline length)
- Real-time timeline scrubbing and playback with adjustable fps
- Basic drawing tools (pencil, eraser, color, width, clear screen)
- Static background layer
- Onion skinning
- Save/Load
- Export to Image Sequence
- Export to Movie (Mirror) - 10.4 Only.
Version restrictions:
- Drawing area is of a fixed 640x480 size.
- Animations must start at frame 0. Youll notice thats the only key you cant move/delete. Frame 0 is always there!
- Save/Load *might* have some problems.
- Copy/Paste/Undo dont exist (yet?)
- Timeline scrubbing aint proper when scrubbing backwards(again, yet?)
- Various other limitations, as we said -> animation *planning* application!
Enhancements:
- Fixed numerous bugs
- Put back the quicktime export function
- Unlimited canvas
- Canvas rotation
