Backwards Machine is an audio effects plug-in that lets you reverse continuous audio in real time.
Backwards Machine is a tool that includes three presets: Reverse Playback, Forward Backwards, and Reverse Repeat. The plug-in is available in VST and Audio Unit formats.
Main features:
- Reverse Playback - Reverses and overlaps snippets of the incoming audio, to produce an ongoing backwards effect
- Forward Backwards - Smoothly cross-fades between forward and backward versions of the incoming audio
- Reverse Repeat - Plays snippets of the input audio backwards, twice. The second time, a slight vibrato is added
Version restrictions:
- In demo mode, the sound output will momentarily drop out every few seconds.
