Aqua Extreme 3.1

Aqua Extreme is a ShapeShifter theme that improves Aquas appearance by refining parts of the GUI.
These are the changes over regular Aqua:
- Metal style from iTunes 6 applied system wide.
- Improves Titlebar buttons.
- Option to make titlebar buttons Blue.
- Improves scrollbars to a more crisp Aqua style.
- Improves progressbars to a more crisp Aqua style.
- Improves small and large Round Buttons to a more crisp Aqua style.
- Improves bevel buttons to a more crisp Aqua style.
- Improves Small Push buttons (like in the Finder copy dialog) to a more crisp Aqua style.
Enhancements:
- Compatible with iTunes 6.0.1
- New Metal style from iTunes applied system wide.
- Removed square variants to simplify maintenance.
- New wait cursor bundled with the guiKit versions.
- Minor changes.
