TickerMenu 1.1 description

TickerMenu 1.1 is a handy tool which makes it easier for you to keep an eye on current stock prices by displaying them in your OS X menubar. Just pick a trading symbol from your list of favorite stocks and TickerMenu will update the quote at the interval you choose. The quote is color-coded to reflect daily increases (green) or decreases (red) in price, but you can choose a greyscale appearance if you prefer.

Just click on the quote to see more information about your stocks trading activity, including the days high, low and volume. You can also jump directly to detailed information about your stock available from your choice of several popular financial websites.

Enhancements:
  • The days percentage change may now be added to the menu title and is always displayed among the more detailed stock data in the menu
  • The company name, as entered by the user, now appears in the detailed stock data in the menu
  • Improved resolution of network status
  • Improved memory management
