iDive 1.9.1 is a flexible digital video shoebox designed for your DV tapes and for all your QuickTime movies.

iDive is the ideal cataloguing solution for all your video files. It lets you export your movies in any Quicktime format but also as iMovie events making the integration.

iDive has built in support for concepts such as people, places and events. These entities can be used to annotate clip data by drag and drop.

In addition,iDive also find your clips...instantly and unleash your creativity.

Major Features:

1. Easy capture
   • Control your camcorder via Firewire and scan tape after tape to build an index of your DV library.
   • Detect the clip boundaries, extracts each clips metadata and takes sample images at intervals for each clip
   • Record the whole clip or only index your footage by taking sample frames at full resolution.
2. Catalog all your movies, in any format
   • Feature QuickTime files import capabilities and allows to keep track of all videos files, whether they come from a camcorder, were downloaded from the internet, are stored on a hard-drive or on removable media like CDs/DVDs.

   • Use iDive's organization and selection capabilities to build clip lists very easily, then drag and drop them into your favorite video editing software like iMovie, Final Cut Express/Pro and have your footage automatically transferred into your editing environment.
   • Export annotated clip lists from iDive using the newly introduced XML Interchange format and import them into Final Cut Pro where they will appear as new bins, ready to be recaptured.
