Enhancements:
- Only a TINY change from RC-5: It does a better job of deciding the number of batteries and generators and inverters for you if you have not specified them directly in Plane-Maker Systems screen.
- It is a tiny change, but one that is needed to make all planes work right out of the box without modification. This will solve the problem with the electrical systems in some panes being dead in RC-5: Those planes had not yet had a number of batteries or generators yet specified.
