Tim Aste: Content Packs Combo is a content pack which includes 163 high quality modular & standalone props of all shapes and sizes & three new distinctive full environments.

Every building comes portaled and with 3-6 levels of detail to optimize frame rates on all systems. No expense was spared in decorating the interiors or exteriors.
